Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Each plan is a monthly subscription billed on the same date every month. Your call allowance resets to the plan amount on renewal and does not roll over, so unused calls do not carry into the next month.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account. Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. There is no partial refund for the unused part of a month.
What file formats can the API convert?
JSON, CSV, DOCX and HTML to Markdown, the same conversions available as free browser tools on this site, exposed as an API endpoint for your own code.
Is there a free tier or trial to test the API first?
Not yet. Right now you can try the exact same conversions for free using the browser tools on this site before subscribing, to confirm the output quality fits your use case.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can switch plans from your account at any time. The new allowance and price apply from your next renewal.
Is my data stored or logged?
